Refund and Return Policy
Overview
Our refund and return policy takes 15 days. If it has been 15 days since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Various types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept refunds for products that are special or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
It should not be forgotten that “Contracts regarding books, digital content and computer consumables presented in material environment in case the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package are opened after the delivery of the goods” are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to let you know we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or declined.
Late or incomplete refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially published.
Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund can be issued.

sale items
Only regular priced items can be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.
swaps
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it with the same product, send us an email to {info@isvicretransport.ch} and send your item to {Pasaage de cardinal 1 – 1700 – Fribourg – Switzerland} send to address.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, would you mail it to: {Passage de cardinal 1 – 1700 – Friborg – Switzerland}
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
